This checklist ensures your property is ready for a smooth and efficient photo shoot. By following these steps, your home will look its best, making it appear more spacious and appealing.
Temporary Storage Tips:

Items can be temporarily moved out of the picture area using a clothes basket or cardboard box as needed.
Pro Tips:
- It’s best if the home is unoccupied during the shoot. If someone must be present, only one person should be there.
- Ensure all cleaning and staging are completed before the shoot.
- Make sure all light bulbs are installed and working.
- Clean windows and mirrors, especially in bathrooms.
- Position blinds fully down and fully open to enhance the look.
Room-by-Room Checklist:
Kitchen:
- Remove magnets from the refrigerator.
- Clean appliance surfaces.
- Store countertop appliances out of sight.
- Clear as much counter space as possible.
- Remove the trash can.
- Ensure the sink is empty (no dishes).
- Create a clean, model home kitchen.
Dining Areas:
- Clean and clear the dining table.
- Straighten the centerpiece and table runners.
- Adjust chairs for neatness.
- Remove highchairs or booster seats.
- Minimize décor to make the space feel larger.
Bedrooms:
- Make the bed and straighten linens.
- Hide any visible items under the bed.
- Remove personal items such as photos and trinkets.
- Take down posters or wall stickers.
- Remove trash cans.
Living Areas:
- Store away gaming equipment.
- Clear clutter from mantels, bookcases, and coffee tables.
- Remove toys and personal items.
- Clean the fireplace if necessary.
- Fluff and organize couch cushions.
Bathrooms:
- Clear the shower and countertops, storing items under the sink.
- Remove trash cans.

Front Exterior Entry:
